Communications Committee

The Communications Committee was formed in 2005. The committee is comprised of not less than 4 nor more than 8 property owners and representatives from organizations with similar interests. Terms are for one year expiring on January 31. The current committee members are:

Alan Burnaford (Chairman), Russ Crane, Lillian Hoopman, Lee Anne Taylor and Kelly Bragg.

MEETING SCHEDULE The Communications Committee will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 4PM,at Town Hall.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The mission of the Communications Committee is to assist the Town in its responsibilities to its citizens with regard to information and communication on Town activities, issues, ordinances, emergency preparedness and relief, and other areas that the Town Council requests.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES External communications, review of "internal" communications (e.g. website and Town Notes).
