• All businesses operating within the Town of Kiawah Island are required to obtain a Town business license. License fees are based on gross revenues. Contact the Town's Business License Department  for more information at 843-768-9166.
• Contact the Community Association regarding gate access at 843-768-9194.
• Check with Charleston County Planning at 843-202-7200, to determine if the business you intend to engage in meets Town of Kiawah Island zoning requirements.
