FY 2022-2023 Cultural Events Application
The Town recognizes that arts and cultural events are essential elements in enhancing the community’s character and quality of life. The Town’s Cultural Events Fund (CEF) is used to build tourism and economic development by presenting cultural events and activities. The CEF aims to contribute to the cultural reputation of Kiawah Island while providing tourists and residents artistic opportunities without leaving the Town.
Applications will be accepted from August 2, 2021, through November 2, 2021, for the 2022-2023 season, which runs from July 2022-May 2023.
Application Posted: August 2, 2021
Application Submission Deadline: November 2, 2021, at noon.
Application Review: December 2, 2021, @ 1 p.m. at the Town of Kiawah Island Municipal Center (4475 Betsy Kerrison Pkwy). The applicant’s presence is not required.

Applicants may only submit proposals for events in the 2022-2023 season fiscal year (July 2022-June 2023). Applicants must provide a media sample for the Committee to review by listing youtube or website links within the application.
